anyone ever look into this and the new strength for life?
what are general thoughts on this more main stream type of body building program?

I did it 5 years ago. Lost 30 pounds in 3 months... I followed it to the -T- though. The people who don't get results are the ones who try changing stuff up. It's like any program: everything is there for a reason. If you start trying to take shortcuts, it won't work.
