supplement that will help lose fat in lower stomach and chest area without suppressing appetite? I'm doing cardio 3 times a week on eliptical for around 40 min. each time. and I do sit ups and crunches. I'm on 1700 calorie, moderate carb and high protein diet. I've attempted to take diet pills in the past and I cannot eat anything when I take them. Any info would be great!
