I have oatmeal every morning, I have never measured it cooked but I measure 1 cup before it is cooked so whatever that makes I`m not sure.

I must be an exception, since I do not eat that much. Perhaps 1 cup a day on average. It may or may not be cooked, depending on how much time I have (and how much I feel like cleaning up another pot).

Yep I'm always bulking, ripped abs are good and all but sheer size is what I crave, plus cutting diets suck cause I love food too much, if I can be 250 I don't care much if i'm holding 10-12 percent b/f.

My concern about eating 5,6 or as much oats as you want is your daliy iron intake .I think it's about 3mg per cup. So 8 cups would be 24mg. Now you add that to what else you consume throughout the day and maybe your getting too much iron.

    any thoughts??

if your Dr hasnt said that you need to monitor your Iron intake from whole foods (IE Oatmeal) then i wouldnt worry about it.
