Going on a cut for the first time in about 20 years. My last cut back then i used the juice and a multi but i'm sure there is some good stuff around now.
Diet is not a problem but some recommendations for supps would be helpful. Especially for appetite suppression and fullness as i hate being hungry and that flat feeling.
