Hey guys. I need some advice altering my sleep cycle. Recently I've been getting a good 10 hours of sleep a night normally, but unfortunetly I don't get to bed untill 5 or 6 am. Do any of your jobs cause you guys to switch between, for example, midnight shift and a 'normal' 8-5 shift? If so, how do you deal with it and make the transistion? I'd really like to be able to get up at a more normal hour, like 6 or 7 in the morning and get to bed 10 or 11 pm. Thanks for any ideas.

If you need something to help you pass out and get a solid sleep, I'd reccomend looking into melatonin, it is OTC.

yeah melatonin would help just make sure you don't take something that's gonna make you too dependent on it to fall asleep.....
listen to your body, when you are tired hit the sack
