    Is it safe to run a cycle of a pro-hormone/designer while dieting on a ketogenic diet?


  2. OK..but you wont experience much in the way of gains..also depends on the ph..esp. one for cutting. i tried epi last year with a low-carb diet..got great results.

  3. epi halo, and Tren would be the best ones.

    you wont gain much, but if you do the keto diet right, meaning not atkins style, and using only EFAs for your fat sources then you should be golden.

  4. not really lookin for gains in size/muscle, if anything i wanna maintain the mass i have put on, and if possible maintain the strength gains i have accumulated

    the designer is there really to prevent/decrease muscle catabolism during the 4-6 week cut

    why would i only use EFA's??

    Because some people don't know better

    Most of my fat comes from flesh(chicken, beef, pork, fish and game in that order) Fish Oil, Cod liver oil, CLA, butter and very little (Tbs/week) if any olive oil.

    I don't like fats from plants (flax, borage, hemp, etc...) some research suggests but doesn't prove beyond doubt, that they do increase estrogen levels, I love boobs and vagina's, but not enough to want them on me.

    Yeah im thinkin of running epi, what was your calorie intake? maintance? or under?

  7. EPI is the god prohorm for any cut diet

    u wont pack on much muscle but it help u hold what u got tightly while the fat drops

  8. I used Epi a few months ago, over-maintenance and gained 9 pounds. I am planning a cutting cycle with Halodrol, not because I think it will cut me up, but I get lethargy and back pumps easy and cardio was difficult on Epi and Halodrol should be manageable per reports.

  13. i think im gunna run h-drol, would i run it @ a higher dose than usual? u would think the higher the dose the less chance of muscle catabolism

    whats your height and weight.?

    75/75/100/100/100 would be nice high tolerable dose.

    id use 75/75/100/100/100 and you would need PCT as well Reversitol should be all you need for it, but u can do some low dose 6oxo with reversitol if you want.

    yes, I didn't find H-Drol at 50 to do much. I would start at 75 and ramp up to 100 or even 150 depending on your experience.

  19. my experience with designers = two cycles of m-drol (10,20,20) and (20,20,20), the back pumps and shins pumps were very much an issue, i couldn't run more than 20 minutes without stopping because of shin pumps. This was not much of an issue at the time though, since i was bulking.

    Because im planning a cut, i'll be including a little bit of cardio, tabata, and circuit training

    For this purpose i swayed a way from epistane and more towards h-drol, seems like more feedback has h-drol with less sides.

    A lot of you guys are suggesting 5-6 week cycles of h-drol, I only plan on cutting for about 4 weeks.

    Would it make since to consider epistane for a 4-week cycle? I guess I could be conservative with the daily dosage. And based on my previous experience and specs. how should i run this?
