    when you take your body fat, you should be relaxed. There is a pair of cheap calibers that you can get where you only do a one pinch test and refer to a chart. Its decently accurate, but it will allow you to monitor whether you are going up or down.

    Probably the best way though if you're unsure is pick up http://www.nutraplanet.com/product/a...iper-tape.html which has instructions, and is a digital caliper.
