Thought I would make a thread for those out there who have questions about the CKD diet, recipes, re feeding or just general help with CKD dieting....... without having to search for hours.

So, if anyone has questions concerning anything to do with CKD...........post here and experienced members can help us out!

CKD refeeds should be controlled IMO.


People think refeed = All you can eat.


This will ruin progress IMO.

It is hard for me to do CKD honestly. My wife is pregnant and she needs to eats carbs ( and she cooks). Any other suggestions for a diet to cut with
