CKD Foods

so ive looked around but maybe not well enough. i have been living off some egg whites shrimp and some tuna a just ate today due to my lack of knowledge on low carb foods.

can anyone recommend some foods i can buy in the store that fit into the diet? thanks!

I eat a shitload of hamburger patties with sharp cheddar cheese on them. Or chicken with cheddar cheese...or chicken sausages. Or sometimes just chicken breasts then use NOW Super Omega 2-6-9 to get in enough fats.
 



I'll be the first to admit that I am the undisputed heavy weight champ of asinine decisions. Atleast, when sitting on my rock at the bottom, I'll be able to look back and realize I grinned ear to f'ing ear the whole crazy way down.

hmmm so chicken, steak etc
this is my first day of the ckd i have read up quite a bit but as for my fat intake should i wait till a tomm. to really up my fat intake?
