Its not that you went about asking the wrong way, its that nobody can set goals for you? Goals are an individual measure of progress, you have to have in your mind what you want to look like or what weight you want to be and then work to achieve it. We can all look at those two pics that you posted and make judgements of what we think you should shoot for, but those are just suggestions, they wont be goals until you make up your own mind.

Post up your current diet, supplement and training regimens and then people can give you some more insight on what you can change or do to help

thanks for the feedback so far!

Cardio: i have been running at a good pace of ( 6.5 ) on the treadmill for 10 mins

i recently bumped up to 7.0 i figure its Mph?

i also figured to add a 30min high incline walk or is that over kill?

any ideas on cardio towards my goal? i am very open to any suggestions.

workouts, really depends. i go with a friend from work from thats trainer certified so the workouts are always intense, and i leave preety dam sweaty everytime. as soon as i can get a written workout i will post ASAP.

Breakfast:

Oatmeal with a scoop of whey
kiwi

snack 1 : fiber one yogurt/bar

lunch: chicken breast, lettuce, ( not sure on portion size but reasonable) and some string cheese

Pre workout: myoplex carbvantage (sp?) 17g p

( workout)

post workout shake ( same thing )

bedtime: cottage cheese/ string cheese

when at work i sometimes substitute lunches or even snacks with some smart ones / south beach diet lunches.
which have a fairly good amount of fiber and protein.

as a wrestler in high school im very aware of the dedication i need and any help you guys can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Hey dude, good on you for setting a goal. Most people don't bother but IMO set goals are really important!

First of all, looks like you have a GREAT base and once you drop some fat you'll be jacked. In my opinion, you look like 18-20% body fat, maybe 17%. Realistically, you should shoot for 1-2 pounds a week for fat loss, any faster and you risk losing muscle and having difficulty keeping the weight off. For a baseline, I'd start of with multiplying your LBM by 13 and using that as a guideline for caloric intake.

For more info, see this thread: The Master Thread: Cutting

Let me know if you have any questions via PM. I'd be glad to help you.
