I'd been looking for a good quick P/F snack to eath at work. Did some experimenting and found delicious combo: Natural PB, Cottage Cheese, Chocolate Protein Powder...Equal amounts of PB and CC about 3 TBS and 1 scope Choc. Whey (opt nutrition). I mix these up put them in plastic wrap and put in the frig--tastes great but I am wondering if this is a good choice for inbetween snack while cutting?
