    Time schedule

Hey about eating for cutting and weight loss. well im in sales and say i portion my meal out but dont exactly eat it every 2 hours is that still ok? like in morning maybe sumtimes hit it at 8:30 or sometimes at 9 then i might get it in 2 hours but sumtimes either 3 or 4 hours then i can eat but i will eat in the portions but not exactly the 2 3 hour min every time. will that still be oke, or do i need to make it mandatory to have my time in an exact order to keep metabolism going in same rate?

imo it would be most beneficial to have your meals every two hours but if you miss it by an hour or so i dont see that it would affect your results too much. you may want to keep something like a low cal protein bar layin around just in case.
