  3. Ate 100 Al's in crab meat yest and that's it.

    Meal Tuesday was at 8 40pm

    Meal wed was 100 cals at 930pm


    Nothing today. I'll consider it fasting

    Sooo lean this am

    Body fat dropped .4% in 3 days

  7. Yesterday full body depletion

    Ate like 70 shrimp. Wasn't feeling dinner. Duno why.

    Still lean. Down 2% according to machine in 1.5 weeks. Maybe down 1.5 bc I didn't do it today and won't until Sunday

    For more Recomp test powder with some hica

    But well see after this ill try their patented anabolic in about 4 weeks depending on where this stack leaves me

    We will see I'm losing Aton of body fat right now on the regular stuff that I'm on

    When I stopped the stack ill add the patented Anabolic

    Depending on where I am if I'm lean renough then I'll start if not I'll use the adipose annihilation V2 for another. 4 weeks

    May purchase more in about 10 days depending on where I am and I will add a cortisol blocker and purchase a t2 product and possibly add it if I feel necessary

    Trying to get this stack up on np v

    People will really go crazy over it guaranteed. I also have even started really dieting I'm still eating what I want. Once I drop carbs if I need to ill be dropping more fat instantly just how my body responds

    Lean. The machine said 11.9 on Sunday. But we will see in a few more days as I've been seeing and feeling the improvements in body composition

    Have not added the patented anabolic yet. Strength is still good but varies a a lot week by week as I go for reps some days but do a majority of low rep stuff lately with 2 sets in the 10-12 range

    Been doing more volume

    Light day 12 sets for chest and back of 12-15 reps.

    Did some jogging this morning to warm up at wrk.

    Feeling ok. Definitely need another couple weeks on said stack. May add in a topical.

    I will be placing an order for the following today or tomorrow

    Modern bcaa
    Abluderate or eviscerate have yet to decide

    I currently still have test powder and the patented. Anabolic

    Maybe strategic can chime in on if I can use them both together I really wish I knew the mora of the pa so I can tailor supplementation to complement it.

    You can add the Patented Anabolic. Leave the TestPowder out.
