I am going to go pick up some bulk BCAAs to mix in with my AP.I do take the AP then 15 to 20 min later I consume my carbs. It is working great so far but how would you take the BCAAs?With the carbs or wait 15 more min then consume the BCAAs?Thanks. |

Personally, I would take the BCAA and put them in a water bottle and sip on them throughout the day. -=USPLabs Representative=- Add us on Facebook! Search "Usp Labs". | |

| Dedication | I usually use BCAAs when i am in need of additional recovery, anti-catabolic effects or with time concentration; peri-workout. I have never done the sipping method, although it is valid and logical. Although BCAAs are 'pre-digested', i would still dose Anabolic-Pump on an completely empty stomach. I have seen great results from both Anabolic-Pump and Pslin, dosing as recommended. BCAAs (IMHO) are a invaluable resource for the natural athlete but are sometimes over implemented. As i said before, personally; i use BCAAs for a few reasons and i would like to retain their effectiveness (i am not assuming BCAA tolerance building). | Don't bother me right now | Yeah, to make sure that nothing interferes with the absorption of AP, wait about 15 minutes after your last drink/sip of BCAAs and take it with pure water. "Memento mori"... Remember that you will die. |
