AP, Recreate, Powerfull

I've been using AP for a month, love it. Just started Powerfull today, and will be getting Recreate in the mail next week. I wanna bulk up, anyone have diet suggestions.
I posted the AP while on vacation thread, and since being back during my 1st week of lifting my diets been roughly:

1 Ap 15 minutes before breakfast:
Toasted wheat with natty PB, all fruit jelly
Banana
3 Eggs

Meal 2:
1 scoop whey
Gatorade G2
Carrots, Celery

Lunch:
Grilled Chicken breast
2 slices of whole wheat
Apple or Banana
Broccoli, Carrots, celery

15 minutes before meal 4:
Toasted wheat with natty PB and jelly
Fruit or carrots

Dinner:
same as lunch maybe varied

AP 15 minutes before last meal of the night:
30 grams of whey
Gatorade G2 (low cals, tastes awesome)
Broccoli

And today I started powerfull.

Just would like some ideas on how to put on that lean mass in the upcoming months.
Thank you USPlabs

Take a gander: B5150 Transcending Agedness with USPLabs and NutraPlanet

I no longer pimp USPLabs as I am not a USPLabs sponsored athlete nor am their rep. I do enjoy their products and also use NP bulks and retail goods as well. I do real good for a guy my age. Actually very well for a guy any age. I presently use a proprietary protocol with credit due to Mulletsolider.

I posted the AP while on vacation thread, and since being back during my 1st week of lifting my diets been roughly:

1 Ap 15 minutes before breakfast:
Toasted wheat with natty PB, all fruit jelly
Banana
3 Eggs

I would ditch the jelly and stick with only all natural peanut butter on the whole wheat bread. I would up protein content here; 3 eggs isn't much. Perhaps throw in 0.5 - 1 scoop of whey protein.

Meal 2:
1 scoop whey
Gatorade G2
Carrots, Celery

I'm cool with the whey, but I say ditch the gatorade G2 and just drink water; you can still hydrate like an athlete with water . Drop the carrots; they have a lot of sugar.

Celery is cool. Maybe add some almonds here?

Lunch:
Grilled Chicken breast
2 slices of whole wheat
Apple or Banana
Broccoli, Carrots, celery

Drop the Apple or Banana; the only time you really want sugar is post-workout or first thing in the morning but other then that stay away from it. Same thing goes for the carrots. Keep everything else; it looks great.

15 minutes before meal 4:
Toasted wheat with natty PB and jelly
Fruit or carrots

I think you need 30 - 40 g of protein in this meal. I would stick with the wheat toast and all natural peanut butter but drop all the other stuff and maybe add some oats.

Dinner:
same as lunch maybe varied

Cool, see comments for lunch.

AP 15 minutes before last meal of the night:
30 grams of whey
Gatorade G2 (low cals, tastes awesome)
Broccoli

This one needs some work. Instead of having Anabolic Pump before this meal, I would take a dosage of AP before your lunch and before dinner. If this is your last meal of the night it needs some work. You want slow digesting protein before you go to bed so you can have amino acids while you sleep. Look into some Muscle Milk, ON Casein Protein or Cottage Cheese. Almonds or all natural peanut butter would help here too. Broccoli is great. Drop the Gatorade G2; I am making this suggestion to you because it will save you money and instead just drink water.
And today I started powerfull.

Just would like some ideas on how to put on that lean mass in the upcoming months.
