Ok I have to frank about this one right here. I'm in good shape and I box over the summer and at school. I have the AP, P-Slin, and Powerful (and waitin for Prime) for my sport. But I really want to cut up my abs even sharper and tighter without actually losing alot of weight (or preferably no weight at at) and look real good. Is Recreate the way to go for this?

Anabolic Pump, P-Slin, and PowerFULL make an awesome stack already. Add Recreate to that and do some abdominal exercises and you would marvel at the results.

Recreate is definitely going to help. I just do a ton of cardio, eat healthy, do carbohydrate cycling, a lot of ab exercises and that brings my abs out really good. Anabolic Pump + Recreate only makes it easier.

Si, diet ftw!

It'll make or break ab visibility, and is the main factor in determining whether or not you'll be able to keep those newly visible abs.

Diet, diet, diet! The other things mentioned will help, but diet is definitely the key for abs!!

Yeah im tryin to def take the diet plan seriously starting this week monday. Stayin off the sugars, milk, and pork. But yea still iffy on the Recreate. Anabolic Pump I know will def help

ReCreate may specifically target abdominal fat, via several mechanisms. Firstly, research has established a link between abdominal fat, and particularly visceral adipose (VAT), and Cortisol; the instigation of stress response tends toward SAT and VAT storage, for a great number of convoluted reasons. While this same research did not elucidate the inverse relationship - that is, it did not analyze the effects of Cortisol suppression on the hydrolyzation (break up) of stored triglycerides into glycerols and fatty acids, it is safe to assume that lowered levels of Cortisol would mitigate further VAT/SAT storage. ReCreate is a powerful selective inhibitor of the 11B-HSD1 enzyme; an important enzymatic step in the conversion of the inactive Cortisone to the active Cortisol.

Shorthand: ReCreate will attenuate serum Cortisol levels, thereby most likely leading to less abdominally specific SAT/VAT.

Secondly, ReCreate modulates levels of HSL, the most important, and rate-limiting, enzyme responsible for lipolysis. Not only does HSL directly hydrolyze and mobilize FFAs into the bloodstream, it also sensitizes WAT (white adipose tissue) cells to B-andrenergic induced lipolysis. The proper expression of HSL can help to attenuate lipogenesis in WAT, and increase the mobilization of FFAs into the bloodstream (which would then subsequently by oxidized via several downstream messengers, most notably AMPk which Anabolic Pump increases).

Shorthand: ReCreate increases HSL expression. The key enzyme for the hydrolyzation of WAT.

However, with all that being said, diet is the most important facet to reveal the abdominal tendons. ReCreate and Anabolic Pump will greatly assist a proper nutritional and training regime, but they are not a crutch or quick-fix. Dedication + ReCreate + AP = results. The first factor is the rate-limiting factor in this equation.
