Stack AP/PWFUL/SUPSISS/RECREATE

I ahev recently lost 65 lbs, but am still 6 foot 201. i would like to get to 185 while adding muscle mass and lean muscle. I am stacking AP/PFUL.RECREATE AND supsiss as follow;

WO DAYS -
2 RECREATE/3 PFUL/ 1 AP 15 minutes before WO with wey protein shake.

1AP immediately after WO with ISOPURE protein drink.

2 supersiss 10 minutes before breakfast.

2 recreate in afternoon

2 supsiss/1AP 10 minutes before dinner

3PFUL before bed.

None WO Days -
2 recreate with morning shake

2 supsiss and 1 AP 10 minutes before breakfast

3 Pful 1 hour after breakfast

2 recreate in afternoon

1 AP 10 minutes before lunch

2 supsiss and 1 AP 10 minutes before dinner

3 PFULL before bed.

EVERY DAY I also take a multi vitamin and 1000MG of Omega 3.

Isd this the correct way to stack these 4 supplements or is there a better way.

Also I train caardio and weights 5 days a week and supplement meals with protein bars and shakes.

What is in your whey protein shake? I am not sure if I am reading this right but you should be waking up, taking your powerfull 30 minutes before food, recreate 30 minutes before food, and then AP 15 minutes before food then consume your whey protein shake that contains at least 60 g of complex carbohydrates and then you should wait about an hour before working out.

1AP immediately after WO with ISOPURE protein drink.

How many carbohydrates are in this protein drink? Should be 60 g of complex carbohydrates. Also try to take the Anabolic Pump 15 minutes before the drink.

2 supersiss 10 minutes before breakfast.

If taking AP 10 minutes before dinner is working for you then good but you may want to wait a bit longer like 15-25 minutes.

3PFUL before bed.

My whey shake is straight from the container (GNC) provides 20 grams of protein not nearly the 60G of complex carbs. What can I use to add the complex carbs?

Also I work out first thing in the morning (6 am) how can I get the most out of these suplements without waking up at 4 am?

Wake up at 4 - with the PF in your system you should be able mo get back to sleep just fine.
