One capsule of the capped Super Cissus Rx™ provides 750mg of Herbal engineered specific Cissus Quadrangularis 10%. The recommended dose is 1 - 2 capsules daily (ten minutes before meals) for normal tendon, ligament, joint, and cartilage support, or 1-5 capsules daily for myotropic use. In your case, though, the equivalent of four to five capsules daily may be appropriate. This translates to 3000mg to 3750mg of Bulk Super Cissus Rx™ daily for about two to three weeks. You could split these into three or four servings daily. Then drop to about 2250mg to 3000mg afterwards, in three to four servings.

These are options. You could also cut a different path. Wish you a fast recovery.
