Bit of help?

Hey guys,

Using recreate stacked with AP and neovar (yeah yeah, boooo etc etc haha) and had a quick question.

I've just added Resveratrol to my supplements, but someone mentioned to me that resveratrol and forskohlin aren't compatible... something along the lines of resveratrol inhibiting the effects of forskohlin.

Any info on that, or is it a load of rubbish?

Recreate seems to be going awesomely though as an aside. Or at least the stack is... top stuff!

I am not aware of resveratrol inhibition of forskolin. Forskolin is well-known as one of the most important activators of the enzyme, adenylate cyclase, responsible for increasing cellular cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) levels. This is an important mechanism for forskolin's fat-loss and lean-mass-preservation effects. As it turns out, (trans)resveratrol is also an important cAMP booster, apart from possessing other very beneficial biological actions. Overall, I do not see any inhibitory relationship between resveratrol and forskolin.
