I'm going to Costa Rica for 5 weeks, and most likely wont be able to lift too much down there, aside from surfing, pushups, and pullups on a tree. I'd like to cut down a little fat down there, but don't wanna lose lean mass I've worked for. By habit, I won't be eating unclean, but my diet won't be controlled like home, so who knows how much protein I'll get in daily. Anyway would anyone recommend AP while I'm there...
