P-slin peri-workout

A few months back I saw a thread where CEO commented to break open your P-Slin cap and throw it in your per-workout drink with a lot of carbs. Well, i gave it a shot last week. Here's what I mixed:

One scoop Size-On (31g carbs) one scoop WMS (40g carbs) 32 ounces of very cold water and the contents of one P-Slin.

The result: YOWZERS!! Crazy recovery, crazy pumps and ridiculous fullness. This straight rocks!!!

What preworkout mixture will give the the sickest pumps with Pslin? I currently eat 1-2 cups of oats with raisins mixed in. I have never tried Kwick Karb or Size On....
 
Waxy maize and pslin gives your incredible pumps, its actually to much for my liking.

Sorry, bro. I don't know the answer for this. I never quite figured out how to use P-Slin Pre-workout. Then I lost patience. Now I use it like this. and...uh..I'm not looking back. Size-On is a creatine drink with carbs in it from Gaspari.

Try having an AP with complex carbs (~40g) about 1.5hrs before WO and then this regime - it's nearly too much

Unfortunately I work out in the mornings. Roughly thirty minutes after I wake up. This is something I'll never have the opportunity to try... :sad:

I WO in the early am's too mate - it can be done.

Wake AP
Sleep 15m
Eat 2x honey/wholemeal sandwiches
Sleep 45m
Take PF +RPM
Dose 25m
Drive to gym (15min)
Pop a PSlin along the way, or start sipping it in your mix
Workout

The Double-Loaded Carb

The thing is I can sleep on a dime which makes it easier, but once you're in the routine you won't look back.

I'm already stacking Pslin, Recreate, Powerfull and Xtend.... Adding AP would be too much IMO. I may try just one AP and Pslin pre workout, Instead of 3 throughout the day

Adding Anabolic Pump would not be "too much", if you restrict the P-Slin to pre-workout use.
 
I tried p-slin for the first time today for shits and giggles. i took it then 10 mins later had an ABB Blue Thunder (40g carbs). 30 mins later drank an Isopure mass (53g carbs) while warming up at the gym. Wasn't my intention to drink all that malto (had to stop and buy tampons for GT on the way and let him talk to fat chicks) but retarded pumps non-the-less. I am most dif. buying a box tomorrow and running this on workout days and taking it with my usual oatmeal and whey shakes, maybe some WMS, or hell both. This stuff brings me back my beginner days with the ridiculous pumps!!!!

One more thing...I NEVER workout without my vapor (no comments please), so i was warry at first. Pumps were quicker coming and even harder then my three scoops of vapor and no ill stim feelings. If you put in the carbs this stuff looks to be solid. If i quit posting on this site i must have died from the orgasmic pumps. legs tomorrow..OHHH SHHHIIIIIITT!

Hahahaha, quite the comedian we have here! Just wait for the Pslin pump on deadlifts. My tampons will now be your tampons! :woohoo:
 
I thought you were a st petersburgon , not a tampon ;)

but I do need to try this, i'm with pmiller on pslin pumps being too strong, and generally limiting my workouts, but taken this way that wave of pumpedness may not hit till later into the workout
 
I tried PSlin with WMS and Dextrose etc - personal opinion is it's got nothing on real food. Oats -bananas - honey

Would 2 cups skim milk and 1 cup oatmeal fulfill these requirements?

Ive been taking a break from PFull and stims for the last week. Workouts powered by PSlin alone.

Ive tried the different ways to take it (see Bolt's logs), but I still go back to the original backed with real food.

Im totally in awe of the product - while I really enjoy my stack (see signiture), if it came down to the crunch it's all I need for preWO supplementation.

The question is: could it POSSIBLY get any better?

P-slin broken open into a shake with Supercarb (30g), WMS(30g), X-tend, Vasocharge and added Lucine, taken about 15 minutes pre workout followed by an additional intra workout shake of x-tend, Poseidon and WMS (30g) has been giving me some seriously amazing results. Workouts are well fueled and the pumps are sometimes painful, and last for hours after I train. Recovery during the workout has increased as well.
