| Registered User | I slap this together in about 45 seconds when I'm strapped for time. Toasted Cashew-Banana Sandwich 2 Slices 100% Whole Wheat Bread 2 Tbsp Cashew Butter 1 Medium-Large Banana DIRECTIONS: Toast both slices of bread. Spread the cashew butter on both sides of bread. Slice banana into small slices with a knife. Put pieces of banana on one slice of bread. Cover with the other slice. Enjoy! 1) It's a nice alternative to always eating oats. 2) As mentioned above It's quick to make (3 Ingredients) 3) I've experienced crazy pumps with this and AP 4) You'll SWEAR you're cheating as you eat this. |

Have only ever used unprocessed honey rather than cashew butter - does the fats have some sort of effect? I thought it may slow down digestion - can you explain why the butter? Cheers mate. While using P-slin I would cut the cashew butter to 1 1/2 Tbsp and drizzle 1 Tbsp Honey on the sandwich. HEAVEN!! Pumps with both recipes/products have been insane! | |

0 hour 1 PSlin cap mixed in water with 3-5g mono 0 hour + 10 minutes Dry blend very fine 1.5 cups of oats into powder (~70g carbs) add in water slowly until slurry add in 1/2 a banana (ripe is better - more fructose) add in big tablespoon (~10g) of unprocessed honey add in scoop (20-30g) of whey maybe add in some more water to liquify it some more This works out as my sweet spot @ ~90g Carbs with 80:20 complex:simple ratio - 0 hour + 20 minutes gun it down. If there's a bit still stuck in the blender, add more water if you're up for it, blend it and gun down it again. 0 hour + 80 minutes 3 PowerFull chugged down with your favourite stim - I like RPM or just nasty black coffee (I'll be running my last 2 bottles of ReCreate later in the year) 0 Hour + 120 minutes Workout - BCAAs, electrolytes, mono I also throw in an AP just before warm down stretching. Apart from other carbs, my postWO shake usually has some unprocessed honey in it as well - the GI is not as high, but the anti-oxidants make up for it IMO.
