hello, im currently trying to come up with my next stack after i finish my current cycle. I am currently cutting w/ recreate and have a had great results. Currently I am 172 pounds and 9% BF.. i hope to get it a bit lower before my cycle ends.
But I am pretty sure i will be running AP/P-slin for my next stack as i was between this and 3-ad and want to stay away from a prohormone for now.
I plan on dosing my p-slin before my Pre-WO meal with around 100g of complex carbs, and then using the AP with breakfast, Post-WO, and my other meals with around 60-70 grams of carbs.
i plan on taking the p-slin 15 minutes prior to pre-wo meal and 1 hr before my w/o,
i plan on taking the AP 20-25 minutes prior to my other meals and adjust according to how i respond.
I will be using xtend, multi-vitamins, and protein as well.
So my question for this stack is if the dosing/timing looks good? if i need anything else w/ this or if it would be overkill to add a creatine/NO supplement to the mix?
