yesterday was my first day on the ap, pf stack.....did an upper body workout and cardio... i hafta say, i got thru at least as much weight in all exercises and did more lifts than usual, also i got an unbelievable pump, it was great

today i did legs and cardio, it was the same way.... so far i am def a believer!!

no problem, i am really excited about all of usplabs supps, i just started using the ap, pf stack, my recreate and super cissus rx come today, so they will be added to the mix....... if they continue to work this well i just hope i can afford them next month

Definitely keep us posted, you should notice some dramatic changes in your physique. Could you possibly do before and after shots?

its still working great, i will try do take some pics, i dont think yall wanna see the before ones but hopefully i can be proud of the afters.....i was 5'7 253lbs, 28% bf

that was 12 days ago, on monday i will check my weight and bf% again, that will be a full 2 weeks, but i weighed myself tonite and was 246, but i will most definitely keep you updated

ps. love the usplabs products, i will continue to use ap, pf, and recreate for at least one more bottle each, might go a whole 3 months straight on them tho

Adding Recreate in to that mix will be killer! You'll sweat twice as much during your workouts.. I stack Pslin Recreate and Pfull, and they have great synergy!
