Unhappy Cissus. Caps/Bottle messed up again!

What's up USP.

Love your products and I am a faithful fan (regular purchaser of Cissus for family and personal, Powerfull, AnabolicPump).

I need to voice my displeasure about something. This has happened before but this time I'm letting you know as it's getting too $$ not to.

I've purchased over 17 bottles so far of Cissus. 3 bottles now out of this amount (again, too often NOT to say anything) I open the bottle and a few caps have cracked/opened/have not been secured tightly and the crap gets all over the other caps. It's a nasty-ass mess that gets everywhere and the stuff tastes awful as well (hence the reason for me buying it capped). Please assist me in this matter.

I understand these things take place but at 3 bottles now it's cost me over $90-100 of wasted product.

The first time it happened, I said f' it and simply cleaned off eash capsule (pain in the ass) but when you're spending that kind of money on a product, I don't feel it's "right". Thank you

You might get a quicker response by directly PM'ing one of the USPL reps. I really hope that you get this matter resolved, which I'm sure you will. As you and I both know, USPL are very loyal to their customers. I've purchased Super Cissus and Recreate, and, fortunately, haven't received damaged product. I'm sure they'll make it up to you.

And yes, Super Cissus is an amazing product. I noticed you said that you purchased it for family and friends. My girl friend's father broke his leg skiiing this past winter so he has to have hip surgery. He's a 63 year old man. I've decided that I'm gonna buy him a few bottles of Super Cissus and see how it helps with his post-surgery recovery. Have you recommended this to anybody you know whose had surgery?

I've used it post surgery for an inguinal hernia repair. I was quite pleased with my results.

Thats a pretty bad looking mess, and I totally sympathize with your feelings, since I had a bottle of supercissus with about a dozen(+/-) broken/squashed/open caps, and I'll admit it was annoying, and the **** got all over the other caps, especially at the bottom of the bottle, but I cant for the life of me figure out how you come up with $100 bucks of wasted product. Essentially it costs 30 bucks for supercissus from nutra, so unless you threw out all 3 bottles, which would be stupid, your only really out a percentage of what the 3 bottles cost. I dont mean to rain on your parade, because its clear there was an issue with a few of the bottles you got, and as a customer you did pay for intact product, and your entitled to be a little upset, but I would have contacted them after the second time. Im sure usp will take care of this.

For how many months did you use Super Cissus post-surgery?
