So like the title says, I've got some specific questions about good ol' AP.
That's all I've got for now
.
- Any problems with dosing AP prior to a meal containing greater than 10grams of fat?
- What about taking AP prior to a meal/shake containing a mixture of sugars and carbs? How does AP react with simple sugars?
- Rough estimation of the lowest number of carbs needed in a post-AP meal to stave off hypoglycemia?
- For a 185lb individual, will the 3 per day dosing guideline be fully sufficient?
