Specific AP Questions:

So like the title says, I've got some specific questions about good ol' AP.
  1. Any problems with dosing AP prior to a meal containing greater than 10grams of fat?
  2. What about taking AP prior to a meal/shake containing a mixture of sugars and carbs? How does AP react with simple sugars?
  3. Rough estimation of the lowest number of carbs needed in a post-AP meal to stave off hypoglycemia?
  4. For a 185lb individual, will the 3 per day dosing guideline be fully sufficient?

That's all I've got for now :).

  1. Any problems with dosing AP prior to a meal containing greater than 10grams of fat?

You may get the runs, or indigestion. Other than that it will not give adverse effects, just not optimal.
  2. What about taking AP prior to a meal/shake containing a mixture of sugars and carbs? How does AP react with simple sugars?

With simple sugars only you will find yourself going hypoglycemic quickly after the meal most likely. With a combination of the two you will most likely get the pump feeling quicker but may not receive the long lasting energy that some get with AP. I personally prefer a mix of simple and complex, but mostly complex. This way I do not go hypo while eating and I feel the effects soon following the meal.
  3. Rough estimation of the lowest number of carbs needed in a post-AP meal to stave off hypoglycemia?

Start at 40g and see how you react, then after getting use to that drop it down a little more until you find you perfect amount. I have gone as low as 20g, but honestly I feel I receive the best effects on leaning out at about 35-40. I usually stick with 50+ though cause I like being big!
  4. For a 185lb individual, will the 3 per day dosing guideline be fully sufficient?

Definitely, It all depends on your current diet. Let AP adapt to that rather than the other way around

I love you sir.

Just to be clear though, on #1, when you say not "optimal" you don't mean that it will decrease effectiveness, just that it will maybe give me a case of the anabolic dumps?

Yeah you may get some anabolic dumps, and its ability to hinder fat gains may be slightly weakened. You can still use it as an effective damage control for your cheat meal and I would recommend it, but you will get the best recomposition by adhering to the 10g of fat protocol.

Not a cheat meal! Just wanted to throw that out there. It's my breakfast, has a few extra grams of fat to help with absorption of vitamins and such.

I don't want ya to think I'm a fatty.. I'm a girl (well, I'm on clomid so why not? lol)

2-4 are, my man.

2. I talk about mixing simple and complex carbohydrate sources, and even prescribe it for some.

3. I lay that out.

4. It's not about weight, but, rather, how you react to carbs.

:hammer:
