Recreate and water retention

Recreate and water retention
Anyone experiencing bloating on Recreate? I was taking DCP and was slightly bloated from that, and I added Recreate two weeks ago and I'm definately looking a lot smoother/softer. It's not a real concern since I know it'll go away when I stop using it, but I am just curious to see if anyone else is noticing this.

I had the opposite effect on ReCreate...no water retention at all

I have the same effect with DCP; Increased water retention since adding in Recreate.

Same here, if anything, Im drinking more water, and whizzing more, so if I had to classify it, I would say it has a slight diuretic effect. Definitely no bloating or water retention at all.

It seems to give a mild diuretic effect in me as well.

Mild durietic to me as well, I've had to up my water intake but no water retention. I did notice a tad from DCP before, but i still love that stuff

It could be a result of extracellular energy metabolism, or the liberation of FFAs, though, I must say, neither of these should cause a bloating effect in earnest. I'll look into it further.
