broken powerfull capsules?

I'm about halfway through my powerfull bottle and so far I've pulled out 8 capsules that are broken and empty...I'm guessing they broke in the container (dusty in there).

has anyone else seen this?

is this something I go to nutraplanet about or USP labs directly?
 
when i ordered pfull for the first time a few months back 3 of my caps were broken. I just waited til the end and poured the powder at the bottom into water and drank the 3 pills. But you are not the only one. I would take it up with whoever shipped it to you personally.

That sounds like a manufacturing issue not a shipping problem

In transit they can become cracked or damage; the moisture content of certain herbs dissipates during transit, leaving the capsules with less flexibility. When shaken they crack and break.
 
I have also been plagued with this issue. My last 2 bottles of cissus and my current bottle had one or two pills bust. man that stuff tastes horrible. which also brings me to another subject...why is supercissus brown the instead of white like the picture on the box.
 
Disregard the last post, just read "supercissus not so super". I was in no way implying that this supplement is bunk. I LOVE IT! i can do squats again plus i have bought a handful of bottles.
 
haha, yeah I love my supercissus too...had a few bottles of it and I've never had a problem with broken caps.

I too can do squats again after taking this for about a month...so HAPPY!!!
 
USP Labs takes care of all their loyal customers..I've haven't encountered this problem though....
