Need some dosing/timing help

I would like to run AP, Recreate, & Powerfull but need some help on timing.

I work out in the AM and usually take Redline to get me jump started.

Any help on dosing and timing of the above would be appreciated!

I know Recreate isn't a stim but should I discontinue the use of Redline?

I would take it like this

1 AP before breakfast

1-2 recreate 1 hour after breakfast

1 AP 4-6 hours later with a carb meal

pre wo

take 1-2 recreate
take 2-3 powerfull

post wo

take 1 AP before shake or meal

pre bed

take 2-3 powerfull
 
If you work out AM as you say, keep the same protocol as above, but add in 2-3 PFs 1hr after breakfast, at least 45 minutes preWO - I prefer an hour.

With this scenario, my AP dosage timing would be: 5am 12pm and 7pm to keep the spread.

That's a good stack - you might wish to add in PSlin

For the pre bed PF dosage, make sure it's at least 30minutes after food - I usally go for 45 minutes to an hour.
 
I like both the above suggestions, but would merely suggest that an AP dosage comes before pre-workout meal.
