| Registered User | Anabolic Pump PWO timing I received my AP and I was curious how I should take it with my PWO shake and meal. Right now I am taking 1 AP 15 min before my PWO shake which consists of whey and dextrose. I have my PWO solid meal of egg whites and oats about 1 1/2 hours later after my shake. Should I stick with taking 1 AP before my shake or would it be beneficial to add another AP dose before my solid PWO meal? |

| Registered User | Thanks for the advice. I guess since the half-life of AP is somewhere around 6 hours it makes sense to just take 1 before my shake. |

| Registered User | just trying to make it simple, man.. take AP 15-20mnts before your pre-wo meal, then take AP 15mnts prior to your post-wo meal.. goodluck.. |
