| Registered User | Stacking Clen and Recreate! What would you guys think of this stack? I have enough Clen to run it the first 2 weeks of a 4 week cycle of Recreate. Keep in mind it will be a moderate dose of Clen to give a little kick to the Recreate. I am 6 ft. tall and I weight 195. I am going for recomp. I want to trim 2-3 inches off my waist before the summer. I thought the Clen would help me keep my muscle as well. At the end of the 4 weeks I will have been off of Epidrol for 10 weeks and plan on going on it right after. Opinions? |

| Registered User | As long as you already have an understanding of clen, I don't see a problem since recreate has a low amount of stims. Personally if you have 4 weeks of recreate and 2 of clen, i would use to clen the 2nd 2 weeks so your know what kind of effects the recreate is having on you. |

| Registered User | That is probably a good idea. I will do just that. I am starting on the Recreate this coming Monday and will run it as suggested on the bottle for 4 weeks and take the Clen the 3rd and 4th week. Yes, I have an understanding of Clen. I have some left over that I used last summer from a cut from the "dark side". Also, the bottle of Recreate suggests using for 12 weeks. Is 4 weeks enough? I wanted to go back on Epidrol after 4 weeks of it. I also thought of continuing the Recreate with the Epi but read that Recreate might be a good idea to be used as part of your PCT. |

| Registered User | Guys and gals, Recreate is for real. I actually started on it this past Wednesday (without stacking with Clen). The day I started I weighed 201 on the scales where I work which are as acurate as you can get. Today (Monday), only 5 days in, I weighed 196. I can already tell a deifference in my pants. I can tell you that the effect is a strong, focused, clean , and balanced energy all day. I am taking 2 in the mornings first thing on an empty stomach and then another 6-8 hours later or 30 minutes before my workout. I have been doing normal cardio. Nothing to extreme. Just 30 minutes on the treadmill with a little HIIT. My eating habits haven't changed all that much. I haven't noticed not wanting sweets that much yet. I have heard others say that may not happen until a week or so into it. I went ahead an ordered another bottle. I was just going to run 30 days of it but figured I may run it for 60 days based on the results thus far. I had not planned on keeping a log but I will keep you guys posted on results. I will probably not log calorie intake/diet, but I will post workouts and stats. Wish me luck. |

| Registered User | Update Guys, I am dissapointed in myself. I have been stoked about getting on Recreate. My back was very tight Monday so I was unable to do cardio. I like to do the treadmill and I thought the inpact of running would jar my lower back. Because of that my weight is still at 196. My diet could be better. Getting back in the gym tonight will get me more motivated. I will update you guys tomorrow how my workout goes tonight. For the record, after 1 week I can feel a a difference in my pants. My waist looks different. So do my shoulders, arms, etc. |
