ReCreate Dosage & Hunger Supression

The hunger supression component of ReCreate kicked in yesterday after 6 days of supplementation.

Yes, it works alright - maybe a little too well - Im concerned about not being able to eat ENOUGH.

Is there any link between dosage (Current 2 x AM, 1 x PM) and appetite suppression?

It's a bit funny, because usually I have a voracious hunger that's kept in check with a clean diet.

Any help from the gurus appreciated.

To help I take 1st dose after breakfast and the second dose after another meal instead of before and sometimes even skip a day if I need to eat to recover.

I believe I was explaining this to you in another thread, but now your body is becoming accustomed to a higher metabolic rate. In the first 6 days, the increased metabolism was causing your body to signal the need for more food. This was counteracting the effects of suppressed appetite. Now that your body is acclimated, the hypothalamatic ATP release is enough to convince your body you're full.

The ATP release also allows concentration while dieting. I think a major reason diets fail is the lack of cerebral ATP. A big reason that you feel "good" with recreate especially with the combination of increased cyclic AMP....such a sexy effect of recreate almost as sexy as mullet.

I've been on AP for 2 months, pslin 1 month, and Recreate for a week and a half. The appetite suppression is really weird for me. My stomach feels full except after taking AP of PSlin, but my body feels like it is starving. It is really hard to explain. My body feels the same as when I haven't eaten for a couple of meals, except I have energy, at least when on the days I have eaten enough. I can tell the days that I don't eat enough, because I'll get momentarily dizzy, light headed, and and a lasting lack of energy.

In terms of appetite suppression, Recreate should also shine with testosterone boosters. Elevated testosterone levels are known to stimulate appetite significantly. So, if one is on a dedicated testosterone-boosting supplement, and does not want to enter an eating frenzy, Recreate should help modulate appetite, while providing other beneficial effects.

PowerFull and Recreate timed pre workout is a great combo for fat loss, muscle preservation, stamina, concentration, and endurance.

Hi there, I've been on recreate for a week now and to be honest the hunger suppression hasn't been that great for me. I take two tabs in the am and two at about 3 in the afternoon. Is my body still adjusting? I do a LOT of martial arts training as well as traditional weights, currently do about 11 training sessions a week, perhaps this is too much even for recreate to suppress the hunger? I'm a bit bummed if that's the case as that was one of the reasons I've gone for it, as well as an alternative to LR...

Sometimes it takes a few weeks to "realize" the suppression.
