well i have tested this about 30 times now
if you dont work out and destroy some muscle, or drain you energy stores then dont count on AP working
this is my hypothisis:
your gas tank(muscle) is alreadsy full so the gas(carbs) have no place to go except for in the pooper
but like i have already said in another thread
Ap is working very well for me and I LOVE IT
recovry is now somthing that i can gage now
if i eat so much and lift so much i except to be this sore
so i eat this much and take AP
and in the morning i am half as sore evan after maxes:clap2::clap2::clap2::clap2::clap2::clap2::clap2::clap2::clap2:
