Can Recreate be used safely by a woman who is breastfeeding?

Can my wife, who is currently breastfeeding our 3 month old, use Recreate to help her lose her pregnancy weight? We want to make sure it will be safe for the baby and not adversely affect the breastmilk.

Pretty much all orals shun taking either while pregnant or breastfeeding.

It's definitely always a good thing to ask though, just to be sure. Some people are irresponsible and careless, and would just go ahead and do it anyway.

For some it does, for others it doesn't. I've heard that it can increase calorie expenditure by up to 500cal/day, but that it does not increase it by this much for all women.

Anything ingested orally ends up being essentially systemic, so I would advise against it. Simply have your wife complete non-strenuous exercise until she is 100%, and when she is finished breast feeding to attempt a run with ReCreate.

It may well be safe for the mother; I doubt seriously that the baby would tolerate it well. I'd never let my breast-feeding wife take it until the baby was weaned.
