| Registered User | Can Recreate be used safely by a woman who is breastfeeding? Can my wife, who is currently breastfeeding our 3 month old, use Recreate to help her lose her pregnancy weight? We want to make sure it will be safe for the baby and not adversely affect the breastmilk. |

| Banned | Pretty much all orals shun taking either while pregnant or breastfeeding. It's definitely always a good thing to ask though, just to be sure. Some people are irresponsible and careless, and would just go ahead and do it anyway. |

For some it does, for others it doesn't. I've heard that it can increase calorie expenditure by up to 500cal/day, but that it does not increase it by this much for all women. | |

| Binging on Pure ****ing Rage Board Sponsor | Anything ingested orally ends up being essentially systemic, so I would advise against it. Simply have your wife complete non-strenuous exercise until she is 100%, and when she is finished breast feeding to attempt a run with ReCreate. | The Spherics of the Muse | It may well be safe for the mother; I doubt seriously that the baby would tolerate it well. I'd never let my breast-feeding wife take it until the baby was weaned. |
