Does workout timing effect how you would dose AP, PSLIN

Basically the question is in the title. I have been wanting to start my AP and PSLIN along with TNA but most people workout in evening times. Unfortunately, I can only make it to the gym in the A.M cause here in iraq the gyms are packed in the evnings and the morning time is the only decent hour to try and get my swole on.

So if anyone could lend some advice it would be greatly appreciated
 
It's absolutely fine. If anything, I would say taking it in the morning would be better (If you are into lowering you carb intake as the day goes on). If you workout first thing in the morning, I would just take the pSLIN preWO and have your first dose of AP after. If you wait a while in the morning before your workout, I would take AP before breakfast, and then Pslin with you preWO carbs.
 
What exactly is current timing of your meal/training in the morning (also what does your pre workout meal consist of?) I would imagine you are on a pretty tight schedule over in Iraq. P-Slin will need a little bit of time to kick in (the amount of time will also depend on the type of carbs you are using.)

AP/P-Slin can be dosed during any time of the day and during any training time, its just about setting it up to fit best into your schedule and to ensure full effectiveness.
 
No, the specific time of day does not matter. As long as you're getting your P-Slin/AP in about 20 minutes before the meal preceding your workout.

Slin-Sane = about exactly the same as P-slin

I wake up @ 11PM
Go to chow @ 1115PM
Get to work @ Midnight
Work out @ 3AM

I am not busy at work at all. Pre-wo I normally take 25g wms with NO Ignite about 15mins before gym.

Should I take the slinesane(pslin) right when I wake up to get the chow carbs, or should I make a shake when I get to work with extra kwik karb in it?

For chow I have 2x v8, 16oz lowfat milk, whatever the leanest dead animal is that night, and either noodles or rice.

Not even close to the same. Our extracts are unique to USPlabs but if you beleive that, you should, I'm not trying to convince anyone otherwise but we've proven that our extracts are unique to our company...maybe a cissus extraction patent validates that maybe it does not.
