| love, love,..'till the break of day | I love AP! p-slin, not so much Would it be strange to be a much better responder to AP vs P-slin? I've had p-slin for a while, and its been ok. | love, love,..'till the break of day | I've tried large amounts of carbs on pslin; over 100 easily. It worked great the first few times I tried it, then really fell off. | love, love,..'till the break of day | I've taken mixes of simple and complex, like the bananna and bagel thing, reco'd by Jacob. Also used WMS for it. I've tried several different things to get it to work for me. Tried it up to an hour before my workouts. Alpha 4 Life! My workouts go to 11! | NutraPlanet Representative | Well the only thing I would suggest trying is wait more towards 1.5 hours to 1 hour and 45 minutes after taking in the carb sources. The complex carbs with the P-Slin take a while to digest and get you primed for the full effects of p-slin. I would try the bagel and banana at the above timing and see if it works any better (I know it can be difficult to nail down the timing but if you can afford to try it than it would be beneficial.) | Binging on Pure ****ing Rage Board Sponsor | I've said this before, but P-Slin is the shotgun-one-shot-mamma jamma. In line with that, it takes longer to load, to recoil, and to utilize, but when you do it's a one-shot-kill. AP, on the other hand, is like Jacob -quick and easy. It's faster to load, can be used quicker, and felt faster. The only thing with AP is that it takes 3 shots a day to get the job done. So, you have to change your approach with each supp., because you're trying to kill different things. With AP, you're killing the everyday stubborn fat; with P-Slin, you're destroying the squat rack with unbridled non-stimulant energy.
