P-Slin/AP Questions

I am looking into taking Plsin and AP I have 2 questions about dosing.

1. I plan to take pslin 20 minutes before eating my pre workout meal, wait an hour or so before I workout, work out for 1.5-2 hours. Would it even be necessary to take an Anabolic Pump again before my post workout meals, which would be 4-5 hours after my Pslin? So, basically how long would the Pslin be active in my body?

2. Should I be taking in any protein with my high carb preworkout meal?

I would still take AP with post workout meal. P-slin should be active still but i would still take the AP. And you most certainly should be taking protein with your pre-workout meal.

idk it depends on lots of things but i would say 30-40 grams. What kinda carbs do you plan on using with the P-slin?

I am thinking about some WMS, some oats with honey or some quick acting sugar. Maybe even some Cinnamon Toast Crunch. So that way I have some quick and slower acting carbs. I think Im going to begin with around 80 g total?

Any other suggestions? Thanks again!

actually that sounds great to me. I do honey nut cheerios, raisins, and oats and it works great. I have used honey from time to time and that seemed to be really great, i just don't have any with me in the dorm. Good luck sounds like you have the right idea just add some protein in there and your set for some great workouts. Np on the help man :thumbsup:

Do you really? I use to love that stuff when I was little. Also loved the old school pre try and help out kids with sugar Frosted Flakes.

I personally like 1 cup raisin bran, 1 w/w bagel, 2-3 cups skim milk, and 30-50 grams of protein from whey and from the milk. Delicious and really fuels my workouts.

Can't wait to get back on that.
 
I would take in protein in your pre-workout meal, just like any meal of the day. And yes i would take an ap before your post-workout meal. That's what i do 1 p-slin pre-workout and 1 ap post-workout. My pre-workout carbs are oatmeal, whole grain bread or whole wheat pasta, normally with a whey shake.
