Body Temperature Results on Recreate

This is some feedback for Jacob and all you good AM bros out there regarding how Recreate affects body temperature in the real world.

I have been taking my temperature 4 times per day for the past month an a half and graphing the results. I take it first thing in the morning (basal) and then 3 different times per day spaced out by three hours. I then take the average of the three daily temps and plot them on a graph (along with a separate graph of the basal temps). As I said I have been doing this for the past 1.5 months.

I just started taking Recreate today and I plan on continuing my temperature measurements. This way we have a controlled study (at least in one person) on its effects on temperature both before and after Recreate.

Much thanks. My two temperatures taken today (well three but the basal was before the first dose of Recreate) are both elevated, 1st = 99.0 and 2nd= 99.5.

interesting. When I was taking Recreate I noticed warmth all day but depending on what I ate I would have extreme bursts of heat. I should of taken my temp when I had those. If you come across this take your temp as I'm interested to see what these spikes can get up to.

If i took my recreate within an hour of eating a hard boiled egg I would notice the body heat to rise the most, Im guessing fats help raise the body heat. take this with a grain of salt though, I only did this twice and can't determine what other factors could have a played a role in this.

guys I will start to increase the number of times per day I take the temperature if I can to include some post meal (and maybe a meal description) temps to see if we can get a handle on this. Later today I will post today's temps. As a teaser though my pre-gym temp was 99.7 degrees F and I only took 2 Recreate today, 1am and 1pm!!!

Nice work bro!

No one can be a great thinker who does not recognize that as a thinker it is his first duty to follow his intellect to whatever conclusions it may lead. Truth gains more even by the errors of one who, with due study, and preparation, thinks for himself, than by the true opinions of those who only hold them because they do not suffer themselves to think.

Alright guys so here is the first day results.

I only took 2 Recreate today, 1am and 1 mid afternoon. I am going to stay at this dosage if my temps stay elevated.

12 noon 99.0 degrees

3:20 99.5 degrees

5:20 99.7 degrees

Average 99.4 degrees

Caveat - These temps are a bit squeezed together in time because my other thermometer broke this morning because I tried to wash it yesterday and it is apparently not waterproof. I am using an electronic professional grade thermometer from today on. Tomorrow temps will be spread out throughout the day and first reading of the day will be basal.

I felt great today! Good energy and temps were significantly above baseline (my usual average temp nowadays is 98.3 - 98.7, they have been going up and getting more stable but still need greater stability). Incidentially even though temp was above baseline I felt great and not foggy headed like when on too much T3 to elevate temp. In the past when I have tried to take T3 to increase fat loss it has just made me lethargic and foggy headed.
Workout was just boxing today and abs. Great energy and stamina (especially considering I am way over fighting weight).

Awesome idea 50, curious to see if you can find a proven correlation to the intake of fats and the extreme warmth users have been reporting. Subbed

Well I woke up this morning after a much better then usual night of sleep. I usually do not sleep well and frequently feel like I did not sleep enough and unfortunately this leads to very poor recovery in the gym (a longstanding complaint). Now I am not saying my improved sleep was from the Recreate (last dosage mid afternoon yesterday) but is there a correlation. I did drink some tea last night that was puported to ba "calming" but I have drank it before with no improved sleep. So take it for what its worth.

My morning basal temp was 98.1 (just right for basal) and I just took another temp before eating anything but about 20 minutes after taking my first Recreate (only 1) and it was 99.1! A full degree increase in say 35 minutes from waking up! Thats great in my book. Stay tuned!

Cool news bro. Are you going to wait until the end of the trial to release the results? Wondering to see if this is abnormal with results you recorded prior to starting recreate.
