hey,

i have been taking AP for almost 3 weeks now and im loving it. I would love to give p-slin a try too but all that i have read on past posts is you have to take over 60 grams of carbs with it. would this be for females as well. im 5'4 and right now about 134. Im trying to add muscle right now till the end of may when i will begin to cut for a fall figure show. im also very carb sensitive and and endo body type. Right now i have worked my up to 40-45 grams of carbs with each of my 3 doses of AP(pre and pwo and dinner).i still cant belive im eating 40 grams of carbs 3 times a day and havnt gained any fat!!!and the muscle fullness is awsome! Im afraid though if i take the p-slin and jump to 60+ carbs that ill gain too much too fast.any advice on how I can add the p-slin in or should i just stick with the AP for now.

The P-Slin has a much higher tannins level than AP so it can certainly shuttle the add'l carbs effectively. I would give it a go but only use it before your preworkout meal. P-Slin, wait 15-30 minutes, eat 60+ grams of carbs, wait at least an hour (longer for slower acting carbs) then workout. I am carb sensitive as well and with P-Slin can down 120g of carbs no problemo. :)

Yes, the best advice is to find the minimum amount that you can tolerate with P-Slin. Once you find the minimum, you can use Pslin with contest Prep and when your are trying to gain size. You can go above the minimum amount of carbs.

I say between 40-60 is a great starting point.
