OK so I am back from the gym. I dont know how much of it was placebo effect/ excitement from having the powerfull, but this was an awesome workout! Tons of energy and while I was doing my sets I just felt stronger. I didnt really put up more weight, but I felt that on my heavier sets I was more in control then usual.
I'll give my stats now also;
Height: 6'3" Weight:220 (as of this morning)
BF%: 17% appx
Bench: max 275
Squat: max 250
Deadlift: max 325
Current diet: anabolic diet, this weekend will be my second carb up (cant wait!) I stayed with the 30g of carbs all this week, except for wednesday when I went to the doc and they made me eat some graham crackers before my cardio stress test.
Current workout:
I have been doing a DC style workout. It has been working really well with my work and school schedule, and i get an intense workout.
Goals of this stack:
I have a weigh in for the military in April where I have to weigh 216 with bdu's on so I have set my goal weight at 200 by april. I started at 230, so i am doing good so far i guess.
Also I am looking to be at 12-13% bf at the end of this.
I feel these are slightly aggresive but acheivable goals.
Also, I want to sleep alot better. I work nights and since I started my sleep schedule has been all jacked up.
One question for USP lab reps: If I know that I will only be able to get 4 hours of sleep would you still recommend taking powerfull? or will taking it make it hard for me to wake up? Do i need to be able to devote 8 hours of sleep if take powerfull at night?
