AP dosage/timing help

I have basically put together a mix and match stack of things i've been collecting for awhile and am looking for some help with dosing and timing seeing that it seems to be somewhat conflicting.
Supplements: Anabolic Pump
Xtend
Ragnorok
1-Carboxy
WMS
Creatine Mono
I also have the staples but I am going to stick with my regular dosing and timing. I have read the AP manual and am a carb non responder so I need to dose my AP 30-45 min before a carb heavy meal. The only dosing timing problem I am having is preworkout. Would it be correct to take AP wait 30 minutes, followed by a shake with 70-80grms of carbs and 30 grms protein, then wait another hour for Ragnorok, then workout. Also some help with post workout and xtend dosing would be greatly appreciated.

It would go like this (all times arbitrary):

2:30
1 AP

3:00
Shake
Creatine Mono

4:00
Rag

Now, what I would do is simply mix another scoop of Rag in with a scoop of XTend and begin sipping that with a warm up cardio session. I know the directions for Rag say wait 30-45 minutes, but, after a cardio session, it will be in your system. Nothing intense, just a 10 minute warmup.
