With all the love going on right now for USP I decided I would throw in my personal experience with several of their supplements. Excuse the lack of extreme detail with the cissus as its been awhile since i had my surgery...

Cissus Rx:

-Several years ago I had to undergo a shoulder surgery after dislocating it repeatedly playing football. They originally were going to just do a capsular shift, but it turned out that I had torn my rotator cuff. After surgery I was in some pretty horrible shape, and it was an extremely painful process. Soon into rehab I came upon Cissus Rx(the original version). I began to use it and it provided some great recovery from my injury. My physical therapist was amazed at the speed in which I recovered. I continued on with several more months on Cissus Rx while getting back into the swing of things with lifting. I went through at least 6 straight bottles. My recovery was amazing and within a year my shoulder was better than it had been before I had ever even dislocated it! I never even have popping or any pain or discomfort in my shoulder since. It even helped with some shoulder instability I had in my other shoulder. I'd also like to mention that it helped to alleviate some of the trouble i had after breaking my ankle around the same time(Don't ask worst time of my life..) Cissus helped to make this time alot easier. Once i had got back into lifting pretty regularly and was fully healed I noticed an increase in pump from the Cissus. It is great stuff which can be seen by all the cissus products to follow in USP's footsteps. Great stuff and I have a bottle of the Super Cissus on the way now.

Anabolic Pump:
-Finally the most impressive supplement I have ever used. I honestly can not say how many bottles of Anabolic Pump I have been through, but it has been the most purchased supplement I have ever used. I have always had a pretty bad relationship with carbs, too few and I do not function very well and too many and fat becomes well acquainted with my belly. Over the time I have used Anabolic Pump I have become increasingly more in tune with my body and I feel it has slowly shifted my ability to handle carbs to a positive one. This has also helped to lower my BF set point, allowing me to maintain a leaner physique throughout the year(and it seems to continually help lower this!) With the help of Anabolic Pump I can bulk on a pretty high amount of carbs and even lose fat with a moderate amount given the right other aspects are apparent in my diet and training. Anabolic Pump has allowed me to get insane pumps, apparent vascularity throughout the day, increased muscle density, and a leaner physique. The beauty of AP in my opinion is that it optimizes the carbohydrates you are already eating. As someone who strives to keep an excellent diet, this helps to maximize the effects of the carbs with out any of the negatives they used to have on my body. With just Anabolic Pump and basic supplements I can continue to greatly improve my body and have incredible workouts. Since starting Anabolic Pump a little less than a year ago I have added 15-20lbs of muscle on my frame. With its help I have altered my physique and gained more self confidence. Anabolic Pump is the most successful supplement I have ever used and will continue to be a staple in my regiment.

And here is a pic of the kind of vascularity i get 15 minutes after an AP meal(no workout pump at all)

Finally, just want to say ill be throwing a log up soon of AP with p-slin added in about two weeks when i place my next order to stock up on supplements..

I applaud you and not for praising Anabolic Pump but for the understanding you have for supplementation. When Anabolic pump or any great supplement on the market makes it into your lavatory(body). The audience should listen to your feedback.

Great review Bolt. Those are some serious gains over the past year. Keep up the great work!

thanks man...i did get some great results last year...results are starting to slow a little more...i'm going for a goal of 10lbs of lean muscle a year now while slowly lowering my body's bf set point
