Two part question

I had to stop all supplements, and even eating, due to I came down with a severe virus...Ive been using Pslin and Yellow gold for about a month,,could this have anything to do with my virus, as a member on bodybuilding dot com took ap for a month than got sick...than took like a three month break and did Pslin and the same thing happened? could any of the ingredients in Yg or Pslin cause this effect in certain types with a certain cheemistry?

also I plan to take Yg and Pslin after I start training again. would it be like starting over again since Its not continuous?

also I plan to start X factor and Lean Xtreme, which are supposed to be taken before the first meal. is it advised to take these all together?
Thank you!

No, nothing in Yellow Gold and/or Anabolic Pump would cause you to get sick, and the individual whom started that story has no proof they contributed. You'll be fine.

Yes, you can take those supplements together.

I am sick also. It seems a lot of people are getting sick lately. You know what I have been wondering though...Can Fish Oils, or Organic Olive Oil make you sick once they have been oxidized?. I used to drink organic olive oil and it seems after a while of taking it I would get a cold. I stoped taking it for this reason. Now this newest cold that I have happened shortly after starting Nutraplanets Bulk Fish Oil. They come in just a big plastic bag. Now it seems they are starting to smell more and more fishy by the day. Are they bad, have they oxidized?. How can you tell?. Is this a concern, or is it all in my head?. Maybe this should have been posted over in Nutraplanets section....

Add sesame lignans to your fish oil. Fish oil is basically a polyunsaturated fat. After consumption, such polyunsaturated fats may degrade into compounds that trigger excess free-radical activity. Sesame lignans are potent antioxidants and adding sesame lignans to fish oil lowers lipid peroxidation. Furthermore, DHA in fish oil lowers serum vitamin e levels and is highly susceptible to oxidation and release of free radicals. Sesame inhibits this process of oxidation and contributes to elevation of vitamin e levels in the body. So, add sesame to your fish oil, especially if you are doing high-dose fish oil. This way you reduce fish-oil oxidation and fish-oil-induced free-radical activity.

Fresh fish oil products will have little aroma. Oxidizing fish oil will smell rancid. Basically, fish oil is highly unstable. After extraction from fish, fish oil begins to oxidize once it comes in contact with oxygen, metals, light and heat. Some fish-oil products contain sesame and vitamin e (gamma-tocopherol or tocotrienols, not alpha-tocopherol) to inhibit this process.

Get some sesame oil or caps. Add vitamin e, too.

Sorry, but I cannot objectively judge the state of your NutraPlanet Fish Oil, in terms of smell and overall condition. Take a close look at the caps. If you think the caps are now bad (rancid), and are significantly different from their original state, for whatever reason, you might discontinue use.

Good fish oil products/softgels should be bright in colour (if no other compounds are contained in the blend, for example, vitamin e that has a dark colour), have practically no smell (or very faint smell), and taste neutral. When the colour changes (from the original state), the odour becomes stronger, or the taste is no longer neutral, then the fish oil has probably turned rancid.

I think they are still good then. I tend to over-analyze things. Thanks for all your help strategic.
