| Registered User | Pslin is great. Just like it says on the bottle. I am having the best workouts in my life. never a bad workout with it. I have tried all the Usp products but this is my favorite. Would love to combine with AP and the new thermo but finance and availability is in my way. I found Dextrose to work best as a pre workout carb and not complex carbs with pslin. anybody else tried that? I guess everybodys different. By the way, Keep ut the good work Usp |

The close the meal is to the workout. The more I lean towards simple sugars as the carbohydrate of choice. My current favorite since I feel like I'm cheating, but in reality, I'm getting bigger and leaner is 3.4 cup of cinnamon toast crunch and than I drink 52 grams of oats blended in my protein shake.. I plan this meal 2 hours before. | |

| Registered User | Yea I usually get my meal one hour before workout but last workout i didnt get to the gym before 2 hours later and I could feel the difference. the pump was more intense and I had even more connection with my muscles. My forearms was so pumped it almost hurt too much. But I had dextrose pre workout then too. It was the same with AP, dextrose worked best with that too. |

| Registered User | I take ca 50grams dextrose and 30 gram whey protein. one hour post workout. I dont take dextrose during workout or after. I am going to try to take the post workout shake up to two hours before workout because my good experience last time. By the way, i have tried oats, waxy maize and pasta before but my experience with dextrose was best. |
