Most definitely. Anabolic Pump essentially assists all other supplements to work more efficiently I think a perfect mix is Creatine and a mix of simple and complex carbs 30 minutes after an AP dose. As Monohydrate needs glucose as a transport system, and Anabolic Pump primes your muscle cells to accept glucose, they work incredibly well together.

Incredibly well and creatine should be a no brainer with AP.

that would explain mullet answering it, if its a nobrainer.

I found the pslin raised the intensity level of anything that was already partially absorbed when the carbs made it in. so some value I think to getting the other things in before the or with the pslin, so they have time to make it to bloodstream before you take in the carbs

Does this mean that you should continue to take a delivery supp like dextrose with creatine mono?
