| Registered User | Thanks bro's for the response. I am going to get some with my next order. I have some true protein WMS, but when ever I use it, I get head aches. Please find what works for you. WMS is pushed alot, but I'm a bigger fan of the bagel and banana. You get quick release of carbs and slow release so you instantly feel the muscle fullness after the meal, and the carbs from bagel keeps the sustain release of sugars in the body to feed the workout and keep blood sugar level... | |

I have never been able to use Creatine with carbs, or anything with a high amount of simple carbs because my blood sugar gets really high, I get head aches, and really dizzy.
