PSLIN Question

I have a question. First I want to say I've been using PSLIN for about 2 weeks now and am loving it! I took advantage of the special earlier this month and picked up a 60day supply.

I generally eat 1 cup of oatmeal with 1/2 cup walnuts and 1 teaspoon of honey 15 and 1 medium banana 15 minutes after taking PSLIN.

My question is regarding CINNAMON. Generally I put one or two tablespoons of cinnamon in my oatmeal. I haven't since starting PSLIN because I've read cinnamon is a potent blood sugar/insulin regulator. Is it OKAY to start using cinnamon again? Would it enhance or hinder PSLIN's effects?

Thanks in advance!
Giuliano

I am ridiculously ill gmc, so excuse me if my post is somewhat short in response.

I have never seen any credible evidence on Cinnamon being a credible Insulin potentiator, and as such eating it with your oats does not pose an issue.

Ground cinnamon is fine and I use it all the time.
