How much time b/w AP dosages?

How long does GLUT4 stay active after dosing AP --- aka --- what is the minimum time I need to wait b/w dosing?
USP Labs would surely have the best answer, but as far as I remember, each dose of Anabolic Pump could keep GLUT4 activated for up to 6-8 hours, implying that three doses can keep you anabolically primed throughout the day. Still, the optimal dosing time would be about 15 minutes before a meal to take advantage of the peak elevation of GLUT4 in muscle cells.
 
I usually wait about three hours in between my doses. I think the half life is 6, but your levels are really elevated for like three. This has seemed to work best with me, anything closer to three hours I get a little hypo about ten minutes after dosing.
 
Also.....how empty should my stomach be before dosing? Does this matter?

Reason I ask is because almost all my meals are carb containing and I just wondered how long AFTER a carb containing meal I would need to wait before I dosed AP again for another.

I would say "empty" (about two-and-a-half to three hours after the last meal). You want to be sure you do not have elevated insulin levels before you dose Anabolic Pump.
 
GLUT4 expression and by extension glycogen breakdown in muscle cells is rate limited. Once it is translocated to the plasma membrane, it needs to be internalized once again, a process which is inhibited, for obvious reasons, by the presence of Insulin.

I would not dose AP any sooner than 1/2 hour after a carbohydrate meal.
