just got some

new on AM. i just got some AP, powerfull, cissus and bolic. wondering how or what i should take, add/subtract? i also have some v12 from awhile ago. any help would be appreciated.

Suggestions for your stack:
-Good nutrition featuring lots of complex carbohydrates, whole proteins, lots of water, and healthy fats such as all natural peanut butter, fish oil, raw almonds.
-Creatine Monohydrate
-Vegetable Glycerine
-Taurine OR Beta-Alanine

well im 22, 5'8" about 183lbs or so, 10-11% bf. i work out around 5 days a week, not any particular days but they arent set everyday. i do what works well with lifting take a little here and there from other lifters. as of now i dont do any cardio, just trying to gain a some mass. past supps- sp250, animal cuts, 17hd, v12, protein, sustanon/deca/dball cycle a year last nov. should of did more research, could of had more gains but quite after 4 weeks, only have my cycle. i just started hurtin. now i just started taking ap, supercissus, powerfull, flaxseed, multi, and v12 untill i get another creatine.

The stack you are running right now will work great to help put on some extra LBM. Juts make sure you have all the dosings and timing worked out to get the most out of each supplement. Let us know how it goes for you.

should i just go off the bottle recommendations? and when do you think ill start feeling or noticing the difference?

Yes, follow bottle directions. I have found beest results by using AP 3 times daily with 35-70 g complex carbs, 15 minutes before breakfast, preworkout meal, and an evening meal. PowerFull is best used 60-90 min after a meal. I lke to use it preworkout and before bed.

Given you diet/nutrition is in check you should start to notice results with 1-2 weeks, maybe sooner. I noticed the effects from AP after a couple doses.

i have another question? i was wondering if these supplements will eventually make my workouts more intense? previously i was taking 17hd, sterol complex and v12. my workouts got crazy, i was in the zone. i just didnt feel like i was gaining or getting stronger. just more intensity. i was wondering what supp. would help out or if ishould just wait?

All the supplements you mentioned above are going to add a level of intensity to your workouts, through different mechanisms.

Anabolic Pump:

It is likely the increased glycogen retention is going to add a high level of endurance and intensity through stable energy levels. Having increased GLUT4 equates to your contractile (muscle) tissue being able breakdown more glycogen into glucose for exercise. This equates to 'burning out' much later.

PowerFULL:

Both components of PowerFULL are going to add a degree of intensity through different pathways. The PureDOPA is going to increase your Dopamine levels well past baseline; as Dopamine is the primary neurotransmitter for motor regulation, coordination, motivation, and reward. This has in my experience imparted that 'in the zone' feeling, both from a muscular standpoint but also that accomplishment feeling which adds motivation.

The PureSAP component, being a Testosterone mimetic, will also impart a very motivated, focused feeling. Testosterone can have this effect

Bolic:

You could stop at those two, but now you've decided to add a product mediating cAMP and cGMP pathways, modulating ATP synthesis and liberating fat cells for oxidation. In otherwise, everything your body needs to move weight.

Add in some Creatine Mono dosed with your AP and 200mg Caffeine Pre-WO with some Leucine and lift away!

thanks ill try that out. some things i just havent been able to understand, i usually just got what people told me to get. now i research and find what i really need. but some descriptions are confusing as hell. starting to figure some out. thanks for your help
