Question p-slin. /optimum nutrition serious mass
Hello. would it be okay to get my carbs from a meal replacement like optimum nutrition serios mass 30 mins after taking my p-slin capsule. ?

Holy **** that stuff has a lot of carbs in it, take one scoopful (half their recommended serving size) AFTER p-slin.
